At the initiative of the Association Pizzaiuoli Neapolitans and Mondopizza Service of the first course of
Taster Professional Pizza; first-level courses will be held for the first time during
The second edition of the Tuttopizza Overseas Exhibition of Naples. The course of first level
tasters, lasting three days, will provide technical expertise and a theoretical and practical training.

Objectives of the course

  • Keep alive and efficient function to sample and evaluate the pizzas, valuing the
    specific use of assessors, in races, trophies and ability tests;
  • Provide a general preparation that is as uniform as possible, contribute to a more
    more and better reliability in the assessment, providing a continuous update in terms
    methodological;
  • Promote initiatives to publicize the importance (to make closer the producer and more
    conscious consumers) and pleasure (promoting the correct approach with the product) art
    tasting;
